I booked a valuation of my property for today at 1pm, had a 5 minute confirmation phone call yesterday asking all about the property and it’s features.

No one turned up and haven’t heard anything… Will not use again and have booked with other estate agents.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

We recently view a property in Hintlesham suffolk and decided to proceed to rent the property through the Ipswich branch ( haart). We paid an initial holding deposit payment of over £320.

Sadly we had to withdraw within around 12 hours due to a sudden unexpected health issue which was unforseen.

We were told that as we had withdrawn, the holding deposit would not be returned.

Now we could understand this if a number of days had passed but, the deposit was paid late in the day and we cancelled the very next morning. So nothing would of happened overnight transaction wise.

We do not recommend haart and will certainly not be using them in the future.

Popped into the Taunton branch on the off chance following a decision to relocate back to the area, in the hope that I could find a property to rent. Lettings seem to be going as quick as they are listed in the current property market!

I was greeted by Sarah Foxford as soon as I stepped in the door with a big smile and welcoming upbeat aptitude which really made all the difference having just stepped out of a neighbouring opposition agents who gave the impression that I was just an inconvenience as they spoke at a million mph, couldn’t wait to get all my personal data to pass on to telemarketers and add me to the list of viewings to be done before virtually pushing me out the door!

Sarah went out of her way to show me the visuals she had of the property held on file and provided me with all the relevant information that I needed despite it currently being decorated by the landlord which shall only be an obvious improvement to the overall aesthetics. Sarah also elaborated on various important factors that are key to the landlord and prospective tenant.

It is clear to me, a property lawyer with many years experience of working with agents, that Sarah has paid very specific attention to detail for both her landlord client and, her prospective tenants and personalised her service to her audience.

Sarah is an asset to the Haarts team and I hope to be securing the house she has shown to me imminently.
