I have been with Haart for a number of years and have always found that they provide an excellent management service. Would recommend the team to any would be landlords.

Had a home valuation appointment booked with Haart, but no one showed up at the arranged time. Didn’t receive any further message or phone call either. What a waste of my time, since I had to take some time off work. Would not recommend.

This company have a difficult, red tape smothered job to do and this is why I want to get out of rentals.
My attitude isn't that great.
I do have to sincerely congratulate Olivia King, as well as the other members of property management at Haart.
This is for making sense of my sometimes garbled and confused messages and always finding solutions efficiently and quickly.
Olivia in particular listens acutely and seems very on the ball, even when I am not!
Despite complaints from myself and my tenants that the team is not easy to get hold of, the fact is that the job gets done and my responsibilities are made very clear to me.
Thanks to you all, particularly Olivia for getting this very unenviable task done!

"Super annoying"

Tried to arrange a viewing. Failed because the person I spoke to didn't have a clue how to arrange this. She said this was because she was new but that she would check with a colleague and call me the next day. I never received a call and would have been very surprised if I had. A week or so later I had a call from them asking if I was still looking for a property. I said I was and the person then told me I had not been fully registered. I told them I didn't want to be thanks and hung up. I didn't want to take a chance because a few months earlier they had called me numerous times. These calls consisted of nothing but asking after my wellbeing and going through my details again. As the title says: super annoying.
