"Don’t bother with this outfit"

Don’t bother with this outfit, advertise properties that were sold 12 months prior, rude staff when you actually get through to them and don’t waste your time with the click to chat. How they’re actually in business god only knows!! Judging by the other reviews they sound like a bunch of thieves

Visited haart in braintree and spoke to callum Mills about a little misunderstanding he said he would resove it and confirm this by email to which he has done so thankyou for that callum .

This company doesn’t deserve even one star! Only one inspection was carried out in 15 months so, by the time the tenants left, the property and garden were in a very poor state costing us nearly £3,000 to repair. We weren’t even able to claim back these costs from the deposit because Haart missed the deadline to submit the claim to the Tenant Deposit Scheme. Unbelievably incompetent. However, apart from the terrible service, the main issue is that it’s impossible to get through to anyone to discuss any problems. Phone calls are unanswered or if the concierge takes a message no one returns the call. I could go on because the list of problems we experienced is endless but I’ll just say steer well clear of this company because they are beyond frustrating to deal with and their service is non existent.

"Outrageous fees ! "

Had a valuation today with Aiden who represented Haart, this young man was very polite, well prepared & presented. He was very knowledgeable of the industry with great area knowledge… I would have been ready to do business, however I find the fees very expensive £3000 + vat ( £3600) 2 other main agents both quoted £1900 + vat (£2280) so for that reason, I can’t justify using Haart’s services…. Also I must add after writing this I called the local branch, the called was transferred, the lady answered with hello, I asked was this Haart, she said yes it’s the overflow line. I asked her to get a message for the branch to call me back… after 20 mins…. no call, I called again & spoke to the branch, no message had been passed to call me… not good business, so why again are your fees so high.. you need to improve your service to justify your fees.

Such a shame you have to give 1 star. I don't believe the phone system in lettings works. Nobody answers emails or text messages either. Maybe it's in a communications black out? They are happy to email you to say "you need to pay nearly 10k to sort an issue". No breakdown no information. Got the issue fixed for 605 pounds. Unbelievable. No point saying avoid They don't answer the phone so you have no choice. Just go elsewhere save yourself some pain.

Never ever use this unprofessional company, they will steal from you or get you with some kind of small print charges. This company should no longer be in existence, I would never let any of their employees anywhere near my property again,. BE WARNED

"1st viewing support - excellent"

We have recently been viewing a number of properties through a variety of different estate agents with vastly differing experiences. Mr William Tucker-Lowe met us 'on-time' at the property to be viewed. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered our questions/queries with detail. We only posed one question that Will had no answer to (current owners onward removal plans as the property was not chain free) he assured us he would find the answer post our short visit, true to his word we had a comprehensive answer later that afternoon wrt the owners moving plans. A refreshing 1st viewing experience greatly supported by Will, a relatively new estate agent but totally professional and an asset to Haart.
