I recently sold my mums property through Haart Estate Agents via the East Ham and Plaistow Branches.
The service I received from Matthew and Helen was outstanding .
They could not do enough for us . They kept up up to date with everything via emails and phone calls and Matthew came to our house on more than one occasion to help us fill out forms that we was not sure on .
I can not fault the service I received from them and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family if they were thinking of selling up and moving home .

"Don’t bother"
Don’t bother. I booked an appointment with Haart (Wisbech) to come round to give me a property valuation. They phoned back 5 minutes after I made the initial booking to change that appointment to a different day. Then they didn’t bother turning up. No phone call, e mail or anything. I’ve tried ringing to find out where they are but they don’t answer the phone. I phoned the number on the confirmation email which turned out to be a contact centre. The person there said they’d email the branch and get them to contact me immediately. Of course - no one did. I’m beginning to think I dodged a bullet there. What a waste of my time. Thank goodness there are other estate agents available who will gladly come round and get the job done. I would’ve given zero stars if it was possible. Really poor service.

Avoid Haart Northampton – Worst Letting Agency Ever!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Haart Northampton is by far the worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is beyond pathetic, and their staff are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.
Once they get your money, they couldn’t care less about you. Any issues with the property? Good luck getting them to respond! Emails and calls are ignored for weeks, and when they finally bother to reply, they are dismissive and act like you’re an inconvenience. Repairs take forever, and they show no urgency in addressing tenant concerns.
Their attitude towards customers is shocking – they are arrogant, dishonest, and have no respect for tenants. They make false promises, fail to follow through on anything, and have zero accountability for their incompetence.
I strongly advise anyone looking to rent or deal with them to stay far away! Save yourself the stress and frustration – Haart Northampton is nothing but a nightmare! Avoid at all costs!

Just want to say how amazing and helpful Julie Grace has been in the Clacton office at Haart. I had a problem with a refund and she was quick to respond and sort this issue out for me. Always so lovely to speak to on the phone. When I was renting she always sorted out my maintenance issues quick too. Thanks Julie 😊

"Millie is very spiteful & malicious"
Millie is very spiteful & malicious. She is knowingly trying to recover over £3000 from me falsely knowing every allegation she has made is false.Be careful of Millie she is extremely spiteful Jack has failed to return calls multiple times. I’ve had severe mold in the house for 20 months, the mold was there from before I moved in. Despite knowing I have a one year old son they have taken over 20 months to approve mold repair works. There is a real lack of care for tenant's, as long as they get their rent they don’t care what conditions you are living in. The mold repair works only got approved when I got the council involved. PLEASE stay far away from them. Marie has out rightly lied to me multiple times.STAY AWAY FROM them. It is now the 07/11/24, I just spoke to Marie who has made up a whole conversation between the landlord and Jack. Jack has lied to me a total of 5 times on the 6/11/24. Again these property managers are the furthest thing from professional. If you are unlucky enough to get either Jack or Marie as your property managers, rest assured you will still be begging for your issues to be resolved after 20 months of asking. Marie will also patronise you when you are simply looking for answers. If I could give zero stars I would
