I have not received my product despite 2 messages saying it’s on its way. No communication or reason. I’m very disappointed

Awful experience, missing items, late delivery and replaced items I ordered for others as they were out of stock, no prior notice and I did not want these… No responses from emails after numerous chase, would only accept items back if I paid to send them back.. you sent me the wrong items after charging me £7.50 to receive them initially, which was late, then h expect me to pay the send them you back. Awful customer experience, avoid at all cost.

Easy ordering. Quality products. Quick delivery.
A bit of either confusion or misunderstanding with when the order would be delivered.
I had an email saying the order was out for delivery that day.
It didn't arrive but came early the next day.
This wasn't a big problem, but annoying waiting in.

Excellent speedy service. Items well packed. Unfortunately second crockery set wasn’t available but wasn’t notified of this before delivery so ended up with half the place settings we needed. Prompt refund though. Thank you.

Overall the produce was ok, the tomatoes were superb, the courgettes were huge more like marrows !!, the rest was just okay !! Rather disappointed for the price.
