Ich bin maximal verärgert.
Durch einen Fehler des Fahrers wurde die Fahrt storniert, was durch Unfähigkeit des Fahrers über den Support abgewickelt wurde.
Ich warte nach 6 Wochen immer noch auf meine Rückerstattung und die Aussagen des Supports sind schwammig und nicht kundenorientiert.
Da buche ich nie wieder!

"Very good customer support"

Tiantian was extremely helpful with not only organising transport, but also buying us tickets and managing our trips. She was like our mom and always replied very fast and did her best to help us out. And we needed a lot of help, because as foreigners it is pretty tough in China.
The transports itself were very different. From luxurious to plain, with bloody tissues lying on the floor and a nasty cigarette smell. Luckily Tiantian helped with that as well and organisted another car.

Es una estafa, que nadie les contrate.
Me dicen que espere el reembolso, pero no cogen el teléfono, y nadie me contesta a los correos.

The booking went extremely well, but info about the driver and service was not accurate. The driver did not speak English, only arabic. No water was provided as mentioned.
