"EU regulation 261/2004: you may be entitled to €600 compensation" and not 439 euros.
However i understand that you have to have your commission...and thank you for your work. but please do not mention us that we will get 600 euors./ thank you

I tried to get the compensation direct from Laufthansa. Despite a clear case, they refused hoping I would go away. Because I live in Greece, I decided to use euclaim, as it was going to be difficult to take the airline to court and I had already spent 2 months waiting for them to answer me. So I resorted to euclaim. Website, live chats and everything worked well.

"A year and 3 months and still no resolution to a straight forward case"
I submitted the case in January 2016 of 5 passengers delayed over 10 hours to reach the destination. According to the laws it is a straight forward case and i should have recieved the resolution long time ago but so far have not had any decision apart from some indecisive emails. Extremely disappointing service. I would suggest go to any local high street solicitor for such cases rather than such companies. Please avoid!
