"Smell fridge/freezer"

My smeg fridge/ffreezer wasn't cold enough. The guys came and quickly spotted the problem. They recharged the gas and it seems to be working well now. James, in the office was also very helpful.

"6 weeks, £300+ out of pocket and still waiting for our part…"

I recently ordered a part for my microwave to be fixed by this company. They were very quick to take money, but 6 weeks have passed and I have had no update from the company on when my part will arrive. Despite me calling several times, no one has called me back with an update and I have been left chasing the company. After paying a call out charge for an engineer to look at my microwave for 5 minutes and suggest we order a new part from this company, I was told the lead time for the part was 1 week at the point I ordered. After placing the order a couple of weeks passed and I was then told it was a 3 week lead time. 6 weeks have now passed and the company is unable to tell me if the part has been dispatched let alone when it will be delivered. I therefore recently requested a full refund on the part to which the company agreed. I have called back today to process the refund and I have been told they are unable to refund me and I have to wait for the part to arrive with no lead time. After spending £300+ I still have a broken microwave and no update on the part. Stay clear of this company, they are a con and I will be raising this with my credit card company!

"Oven fixed in next day visit"

I moved into another house and found the built in fan oven did not work, Jubilee long bank holiday in 2 days! Rang Repair Network; James Tucker arranged an engineer to visit the next afternoon, who fixed my oven.
Jubilee weekend saved!

Great service from these guys.I had my oven insured by D&G when it broke down they quoted 3 weeks to repair which I was disgusted by.they told me I could get it repaired elsewhere provided I could get a itemised invoice,I had a slight problem with this but NAS sorted it out and I got my oven repaired in 3 days,very impressed with that would recommend to anyone.

Contacted repair network re service of my vaillant gas boiler. Engineer contacted me within 24hrs and appointment made.Engineer arrived at agreed time and carried out service as agreed.

"Great customer service"

After searching through many companies online, I decided to go with repair network for my cooker.
The person that dealt with my booking was Nazmeen and she was absolutely brilliant.
She patiently went through all the options with me and answered all my questions. If she didn't the answer she would find out and contact me back!!
The booking and payment process was smooth and the engineers were very helpful.
In the end my cooker didn't need any repairs and Nazmeen organised a refund as I had purchased the package that included repair costs.
It is due to the fantastic customer service from Nazmeen that I am writing this review. She is a true asset for the company!
