"Such an improvement to having to contact Miele direct"

I have Miele appliances and used to have to contact them direct to arrange a repair. It was a dispiriting experience as they never responded to emails or calls and took ages to instigate a repair. Now that Repair Network arrange appointments it's a different ball game. Super friendly and super efficient - shout out to James - call responded to quickly and appointment arranged for for a couple of days hence. Spare required, delivered and fitted within a few days. Job done!

We have been working with Repair Network for about 2 years and always find Harry Davis a pleasure to deal with. He is always at hand to help with any queries and resolves them quickly. We currently receive around 10 jobs a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. We are always paid in a timely manner by bank transfer and any overdue invoices are always paid upon query.

WHEN OUR FRIDGE/FREEZER STOPPED WORKING WE COULD NOT FIND ANYONE LOCALLY WHO WAS PREPARED TO COME OUT TO A DOMESTIC FRIDGE/FREEZER. WE THEN FOUND REPAIR NETWORK, WHO QUICKLY FOUND AN ENGINEER TO COME OUT TO US. AS OUR APPLIANCE WAS VERY OLD, IT WAS NOT WORTH SPENDING MONEY ON REPAIRING IT. WITHIN A DAY REPAIR NETWORK HAD SOURCED A NEW ONE OF OUR CHOICE, AND IT WAS DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY, AT A TIME THAT WAS STATED. THAT IS WHAT WE CALL SERVICE!!! WE WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEM FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS.

Had a problem with fridge/freezer, dealt James who was courteous, efficient and helpful. Someone came out within 2 days, pricing was clearly explained, helpful engineer. Unfortunately the repair wasn't viable so partial refund was given as explained at the time of booking. Good service.
