I used this service to have a fridge repaired a month ago, good customer service and the repair was carried out in a timely fashion.

I had a broken Miele fridge freezer, I called repair network and I spoke to someone called Joe who was friendly and took me through some repair options. I choose option 2 as I know parts are expensive on this brand - luckily it only needed 2 parts which were covered in my plan. Bit of a wait for parts but once they arrived engineer came straight back out and completed the job and my fridge is back in working order.

James was so polite and helpful with organising the repair of our dishwasher. James was fantastic at keeping me updated at each stage of the repair process.
The engineer arrived at the time agreed and was polite and efficient. I'd definitely use Repair Network again.

Once contacted and paid, I was called back by an engineer and an appointment booked. The technician arrived and died my induction hob.
I would definitely use them again.

The engineer arrived promptly and fitted a new pump.

I have been employed as a subcontracted Repair Network Service Engineer for approximately 18 months
During that time my handlers, Joe and Harry, have sent me on many missions. The destinations are always varied and the domestic appliances more so
The thing I enjoy most about working with Repair Network is repairing high end machines eg Fisher & Paykel, De Dietrich and Gaggenau. Many companies won't consider taking on such jobs but I enjoy the challenge and I enjoy delivering a high success rate
If I were granted one wish by Repair Network, it would be that they were quicker to pay my Call Out / Diagnosis fee. The app I use doesn't allow me to action this, so I would request this function in the next version
