James handled my initial enquiry well, I was then required to update my enquiry to emergency due to my wife having been on hospital and was due home yesterday, I rang the call centre and a lady have me the engineers mobile number I rang him and he was with me on 20 minutes. A fantastic service.

Throughout James kept in contact to check on progress and rapidly dealt with issues with the engineer. He was highly professiona, caring and quick to react. The employees at Repair Network bent over backwards to help us out in a less than straightforward situation. Communication was excellent and both friendly and polite. They got us a good deal on a washing machine and arranged delivery, installation and removal of the old machine. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
