"Convenient and efficient but need to look at pricing"
What they do well: They answered quickly, with a friendly call-handler, took the details and arranged for a very good repair subcontractor, who contacted me promptly and booked a time to visit and resolved the problem.
They need to drill-down a bit more in terms of charges. There is a significant premium to what you might pay for a direct call-out/parts with an engineer. From what I understand Repair Network don't make a huge profit, but nevertheless they need perhaps to be having this conversation with suppliers so that everybody is on the same page. This would be the difference between 3 stars and 5

"Initial repair engineer that came from…"
The nationwide repair company whom I had initially called, the lady that handled my call was extremely kind and helpful. But the repair company they subcontracted to locally in Plymouth is a CON and a scam.
Initial repair engineer that came from Woollcott in Plymouth was a con artist. He did not even open the panels of the microwave oven. And within 20 min of arrival, he played with his phone and said it would cost £311 to replace the part.
HE HAD NOT EVEN DONE ANY TESTS OR DIAGNOSIS OR OPENED THE PANEL. FOR THAT repair I had paid £199 CALL-OUT.

I had an issue with my boiler has no hot water or heating. I spoke with Naz who was amazing at her job she booked an engineer in 24 hours. I now have hot water and heating. I definitely recommend talking with Naz and using Repair Network

Initial contact with Barbara. Very accommodating as I had holiday dates to fit round. Barbara checked I had an engineer booked. Engineer was very efficient and fixed issues with minimum of fuss. Barbara followed up to check I was happy with repair. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair.

"Probably works for a simple repair but…"
Probably works for a simple repair but be careful. They take the fee in advance so little control over what happens next. Just about managed to find a plumber within the timeline but when he came he said he didn't normally work with Fisher and Paykel machines and would have to ask a colleague. Diagnosed a leak but didn't really identify where from. A week later I was contacted to pay an excess for new pipes. Another engineer diagnosed the leak to be coming from elsewhere and fixed it easily. I asked for the non repair refund as not happy with service which they agreed to but i note it hasn't been made.

"My Miele dishwasher suddenly stopped…"
My Miele dishwasher suddenly stopped working - disaster! I found Repair Network on the web and telephoned them the same day. They explained how they worked, giving me a choice of options with prices, one of which I accepted. I was then passed to their Sales Associate James Tucker, who took over responsibility from there, monitoring progress very efficiently until the job was completed. An engineer called and diagnosed the problem within a day or two, returning to fix the necessary replacement part when it came in Excellent service in all respects!

I used this company to have a fridge repaired last week, great customer service and the repair was done promptly. I recommend this service and would use again.
