Very fast sending someone out, the engineers were so helpful and fixed my machine very quickly… they called to tell me how long they’d be, arrived on time. Did a brilliant job and tidied up afterwards.

Excellent service. Very helpful staff (Barbara) quick to respond and arrange the repair of our SMEG cooker. The engineer (Chris) was just as excellent. Friendly, arranged appointment and arrived on time. Clean efficient worker, assessed the job, arranged for spare parts and fitted them as soon as they arrived. Barbara ordered the new parts and kept us informed of progress. I can recommend "The repair Service".

Had a problem with my Miele washing machine where the Twindos system had stopped working. The problem was correctly identified and parts were ordered. Based on the package recommended to me, most of the spare part cost was covered and had to pay a small difference on top. The repair was quick and efficient and the machine is now working very well. James helped me in the entire process of recommendation and the engineer who came to repair was very professional and efficient.

Our Combi Boiler sprang a leak and our water had to be switched off we rang support network.com and were contacted by a local plumber James Tucker who diagnosed and ordered the spare part required and arranged a visit within and 48 hours fixed and serviced the boiler which is now working perfectly
