I have been a member for a couple years now. I am still trying to figure out how they do what they do. I can buy a case of wine for less than what I would pay at a retail store for the value and selections I am offered. The wines are consistently excellent and we have such a good time talking about them as we are enjoying. To be able to read about the wines, the winemakers, where the grapes are grown and why they make it special is so beneficial in deciding what to order. You cannot get the same amount of information at a retail store. THEN, to be able to order and have a case delivered in a couple days is a little crazy. I am a total fan and cannot imagine a reason I would ever go anywhere else. Oh yeah, the emails from the different winemakers giving you updates on their vineyards and things happening in there areas is so cool. Makes you feel so much like you belong to a community. Kudos to Naked Wines. Huge loyal fan. SIDE-NOTE. I got a “great discount” from WSJ for their service once. Once was all it took. They do not even sniff at the level of service, quality, information and professionalism that Naked offers. Sorry if this was long-winded.
