Our shipper lost a box and we didn’t receive it, the staff at naked wines did a great job of refilling our order but it to was three bottles short of what we ordered. It was rectified by crediting our account for our next order. We are very happy with the way it turned out. Thank you!!

"It's not your fault"

It's not your fault, but the carrier for damaging my shipment. I've had issues with delivery because I work at a church & they'll look online and see office hours end at 4pm and not attempt delivery - even when we have lots of people here. This happened on day 1 - then on day 2 it went on the truck and got damaged. I needed the sparkling wine for an event last weekend so was disappointed not to have it arrive. Now the wine is coming and the event is over.
