Less than quality given. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE from my debit acct. Called right away . One rep actually was very helpful. We identified the fraudulent purchase. Company refuses to give IP, Name of Address to be shipped. Nothing but the run around when they know the fraudster but refuse to give me. I have a right to that as it's my bank, my card, and my money.!!!!!! BE better!!!!!!!!!!! They refuse to give me a fraud confirmation number of speak any further!
Is this really the business framework you wish to buy from.
Is your business worth so much you don't care how it's bought. I dare you to post this review.
And now you've lost a retail customer, along with any person reading this review, if they allow it to even be posted.
Even here date of experience says 3/14/24, it's 3/16/24. information matters in legal sphere. Language,dates, names, IP addresses. Corporations hope you abandon your voice, your rights. For their almighty stock price.

"Great customer service, easy opt in and out"

I had a fantastic experience with NakedWines for the 2 years we were members. If there was ever a shipping issue, their customer service was always exceptional. We are in our mid 30's and enjoy wine but aren't the most sophisticated of wine consumers. We tried a lot of wines and enjoyed almost all of them. Our friends thought the same. Cost was reasonable, and the only reason we canceled was because we recently chose to stop drinking. I was especially impressed with how easy the online cancelation was, and they refunded our balance immediately. Can't think of an easier company to work with, totally recommend them.

"I tried every flavor of wine they offer…"

I tried every flavor of wine they offer from dry to sweet and I will say I was very disappointed. I did not find 1 wine that I loved after many tried. I do not recommend this service at all.

"If you have any Shipping Issue.."

If you have any Shipping Issue... Just assume your wine is gone forever. Been waiting on my box of wine for a while now and it still got sent to SC and now its going back to Missouri for some reason. It STILL doesn't even have the right destination on the delivery site... So much for having wine for the holidays.

Not sure how things went south so quickly. My partner has previously ordered from them with no issue. My first order was just great. This last time however, not only was the order peculiarly delayed by a day, then it gets to us and holy cow, my partner is unpacking them while I'm at work and he's sending me a play-by-play in photos. Each and every bottle is simply wrapped individually in bubblewrap. Then he discovers there's red wine splattered about but can't find the culprit, HOWEVER, he then tells me there are ten bottles in that box when I was supposed to get 12?!? I am at a loss for words and immediately cancel my account and reach out to them via their online "chat" which is nothing but a dumb little bot that can't help you or transfer you to a real human. If this happened in transit, I cannot fathom UPS not informing the shipper of this mishap but if it was packed in mere bubble wrap then you cannot be surprised that 2 bottles must have smashed into each other in transit. Never seen any online wine business ship wine this way, NEVER and I have tried a bunch of them at this point. Waste of money and time.
