"Impossible for Working People to Get Their Order from Naked Wines"
So disappointed and angry. They made it impossible for me to collect my order and charged me over 220 dollars! My order was placed on the 16th, and UPS tried to deliver it the next two days. By the fourth day which was a Saturday early morning, I went to pick up the wine, and UPS had already shipped it back per Naked Wine's Instructions. I want my money back!

I could not believe how fast of a delivery to my front door after I made my order. Also, I drank my first bottle of wine "Karen Birmingham Zinfandel Reserve LODI 2020. It is Awesome! Smooth, Light, Zinfandel. I am so thankful I ordered 2, and will be ordering MORE.

"Customer service is a joke - rude, mouthy and horrible."
I received an email telling me that I had a shipment of wine I didn't order coming. I called customer service and got the most rude woman on the phone, which I finally told to cancel my order and cancel my account. All she did was demean me and talk over me on the phone. Worst customer service I have ever received. Just disputed the charge with my credit card company.

We have opened a second bottle of wine from our case of 12 both HORRIBLE so bitter and dry. When I spoke to a lady about sweetnes she did not know ,there nothing on the bottles. The first bottle opened was arabella, 2nd was Reserve Pierre. We feel that we have been conned as with the 75 pound voucher + us having to pay £63 we would like a refund as we dont feel like opening anymore bottles . The supermarket put a number on them to let you know if sweet or dry
