"This is a good company"

This is a good company. First we bought a case because we've gotten a $100 voucher, we received the mixed for $79. I believe it was. We emailed them and I explained that before they take money out, if we could suspend that for a later time. They acknowledged and put a hold on my husbands account. We then received another $100 and I opened an account in my name so we can get a taste of other wines. Again, received a case and paid $79. I then emailed them again, explaining how we received the voucher and if we could close that account and just use my husbands. The acknowledged and did just that. I now, just received another $100 voucher .. and will do the same. Although my hubby and I found out that the reds aren't good and not a liking to our taste buds but their whites is to die for. I need to see what I can do this time around because I do not want any of the reds. This is a really good company to deal with. Til this day, no monies has been taken out of our account. I highly recommend this company if you're a wine drinker !!

"Charge you monthly without notifying you"

do not use them - they sign you up for some monthly membership or something, I couldn't figure it out for $40 a month. I didn't see anything about this through the promo I did. I couldn't get them on the phone, through their website or chat. Seems like another frekin scam -

"Great packaging and first experience with Naked Wines ordering process"

Received my set of 12 wines mixed (white and red) for $100 off my order (introductory price). Have not tasted any yet but the 5 star I am giving is for delivery via UPS within 3-4 business days and great packing. Will update review once I taste the wine.

"Bait and Switch Voucher"

I purchased a jersey recently and in my package was a voucher from Naked Wines for $100. I'd been thinking about joining a wine club for a while but have read a few negative articles about poor quality and value. Basically they're a dump for bad wines marketed as deals.

At first I thought, well if Naked Wines is willing to stake $100 on my trying them out and liking the experience... why not. After going to the site however I quickly discovered that they get your personal info then require you make a monthly deposit (club-like) before they will complete the transaction. This not only wasted my time but annoyed me to distraction.

Stay far away...

"Not what I was expecting."

I recived a case of 10 wines from a promo from CR Cigars. I could buy a case for $100.00.
I recieved, 6 reds and 4 whites. (and I prefer white wines)
I’m not a wine snob, however I know what a good wine tastes like. These just missed the mark. Of course, tastes are subjective. I can go to Publix and buy good bottle of wine for $10.00 or $15.00.

"Incredible company with world class wines and first class customer service!"

I've been an angel for 2 1/2 years and I love everything about this company from their business model to their communications and above all, their world class customer service. I order every few months, and the only time that I had an issue is when UPS damaged an expensive shipment en route. I contacted customer service immediately and the representative re-sent the same order without waiting for the ruined bottles to be returned to their warehouse. Every time that I have contacted Naked Wines without exception I have been greeted and treated as if I were the most important customer in the world. I love that I get to rate wines without all the fluff and haughtiness that some wine clubs encourage. I love that I can send a message to one of the independent winemakers and get a personal response. Above all, I love the quality of these wines, and have only had one bad bottle in 3 years which they immediately refunded the full price for. I could not be happier with my decision to join and to become an angel to support so many incredible independent winemakers. This is a wonderful company, one of the best I've ever experienced, and my only hope is that they don't change a thing! Keep the great wines coming!

"I have been ordering from Naked Wines…"

I have been ordering from Naked Wines almost 2 years. As a NW angel, you get a nice discount and they send a free magnum bottle in December if you order a case. The wine is excellent quality and it is rare to get one that we don't like. When that happens we let them know and they refund the cost (only happened twice). My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the wine and the customer service.

The subscription whine club soundend so strange to me, and after a few days and discussiins with my wife, we decided to give them a try. We had low expectations, that were met and exceeded. The quality and taste is beyond what you could ever experience outside if this club. I am very happy, my wife is very happy, and other friends of ours have also decided to give them a try and are also happy.
If you are a connesuer this company will be a great resourse fir fantastic wines at great prices.

I've been an 'angel' for a few years now. Last year for Christmas I sent my mother wine and she loved it and joined too. I only had a bad experience once when I ordered a couple of pinot noirs. I found they had no taste, not bitter or sweet but just no taste. I put a comment that it just wasn't anything I liked. Nakedwines refunded me money for the bottle even though I didn't put in for a refund. I have been hesitant to put in a poor comment for any wines I might not enjoy because I don't want a refund, I just learn to not order that kind of wine again. I love almost all the wines I get. It seems like about once a year they give me credit for not putting in for a refund. This is a great company and it helps little wineries make it.
