I spoke to Katie at Lloyd Latchford to get a second driver added onto my salary sacrifice car. I wasn't sure exactly how to do it but she was very friendly and made the process very easy and straight forward. It was my first time speaking to a representative of Lloyd Latchford, it always makes me anxious speaking to a new company but I'd be very happy to speak to them again in the future based on my encounter with Katie.

Call was dealt with by Ella Dodd, who was polite and professional throughout. I finished the call with a full understanding in relation to my requested documentation, which was sent to me promptly thereafter.
