CHECK YOUR INSURANCE IF TOU DRIVE A VOLVO via their CARE BY VOLVO subscription.
This company LLOYD LATCHFORD cancelled my Care by Volvo Insurance policy in January this year with no prior notice to either myself or Volvo UK. Volvo had appointed a new company to manage Care by Volvo Insurance but Lloyd Latchford sent no notice to any connected party. The car was compounded on 24th March by the police and recovery of the vehicle today will cost £556 and a fine of £300 plus 6 pts with insurance quotes affected for 5 years for driving without insurance. This was an auto renewal policy which placed the onus on the driver to cancel- not the other way round. Lloyd Latchford customer services say this is not their responsibility. BEWARE THIS COMPANY.

We got a drive away insurance with Lloyd Latchford and we wanted to add 2 drivers. We made the application via the browser on the mobile phone because we were at the dealership at this point. The second driver had an error so we went to correct it. After that we were sent to proceed with the payment. There was no summary of our selection and for some reason the second driver was not included. When we realised that we called the company to amend and we got a very poor customer experience. Basically, they accepted that there application process is faulty but they could not amend the policy since we have left the dealership. How would we now that the application didn't go though as expected beats me... I wouldn't recommend this company, mostly due to the fact that of the really bad website and the zero flexibility to amend the policy.
