"I booked meet and greet with Deals4parking"
I booked meet and greet with deals4parking…. Big mistake. We were told to call our “friendly driver “ 20 to 30 mins before reaching Heathrow. I tried calling continually for 15 mins but no one picked up. I googled a main number but it was early in the morning so no one picked up . By this time we were at terminal 4 and had no parking. I was very stressed. I was trying to find other parking options as we had to get it sorted quickly so we did not miss our flight.
We did eventually get through to the main number and explained we were at the airport and the number for the driver we were given had not been picked up. They said they would get someone to come and meet us… no apology..
They did come but by this time I was so stressed I could not find the correct area and went through the short stay car park twice. He said he would come and meet us there then changed his mind and we had to find the meet and greet area. We did eventually but is had cost us in time and money.
When we were picked up we had to wait half an hour for them to bring the car.
Terrible company will never use again

Falcon parking LTD. DO NOT USE!!!
Kept us waiting 30 mins to collect the car. Where uncontactable, and couldn’t find driver.
Then couldn’t be contacted on return. Called them 10+ times and finally got the car again 30 mins after finally speaking to them.
Car was left with muddy tyres, tree sap and was overall awful experience
Please never use this company.

FALCON/ INSTANT MEET & GREET DO NOT USE, terrible service waited on arrival and had to wait two and half hours on return… very rude kept ignoring our calls obviously trading under different names

First time using compare the parking, was given the provider FALCOLN PARKING LTD, never in my life would I use this service or recommend these agents again. SAM from falcoln parking swore at me down the phone, his name definitely is not Sam and he’s registered his company using his wife’s name to avoid taxes clearly! What a disgusting individual no one wants to deal with! 07796 651766 This is his number! My car has THREE new mobile connections added onto the car they have clearly been using it for their own personal use I will be taking this further They also use the name quick park limited both owned by Muhammad mughal

"DO NOT USE FALCON PARKING"
Booked with Falcon Parking Ltd, which also trade under the name Deals4parking, from 17/08 to 31/08 out of Heathrow T5.
On departure, we had left plenty of time, but the driver took 45 minutes to arrive (despite us clearly stating the time needed when booking). Phone staff uncommunicative, basically lying about the whereabouts of the driver. Making our flights was becoming touch and go, and I was just about to go and find a space in the Heathrow car park itself when he finally turned up.
On arrival yesterday, even worse. I had provided a flight number so they should have been able to track the flight, but the arrangement was that I would call them when we had picked up baggage. This was 7:57. I was told I would be called shortly.
At 8:32 I called again. 35 minutes had passed and I heard nothing. The call handler told me he'd call his colleague, and call me back.
At 8:42 I called again. This time my number was apparently blocked from their phone. I was starting to panic at this point. My wife called, they again said they would talk to the driver, and would call me. Still nothing.
At 8:50, now 53 minutes after my initial call, the driver finally calls me. He lied, saying he'd already been to the terminal, but my phone was not available (I was in a strong signal at all times, and none of my calls took longer than about 15 seconds). He said as he could not contact me, he had taken the car back to the "compound" (note for later). He would be 7-10 minutes.
At 9:15 - a full 78 minutes after my first call - our car arrives. Thankfully it is undamaged, but disgustingly dirty up both sides with some sort of sticky residue. It definitely has not been parked in a "compound" - I like others would suggest a next to a building site.
Falcon Parking were rude and unhelpful on the phone at all times. I would never recommend using them for your parking. During my experience I spoke to Heathrow Security who told me that unfortunately there was nothing they could do, but that they often got similar reports about off-site meet and greet parking from disgruntled customers. Their recommendation, and one I will take, was to pay the extra and park in the official Heathrow car parks.
I will certainly never do business with Falcon Parking ever again, and would advise any one else not to either.

"Uncommunicative Company"
Tried to book a Meet and Greet Service with Deals4Parking less than 24 hours before the required date. The payment didn't go thru and there was no emails from the Company so I took public transport to the airport.
On return from holiday I noticed my credit card was debited with a Payment and since then I've been writing to the Company seeking a refund of this money. No communication whatsoever from Deals 4 Parking. It seems obvious that I will need to take legal action against them.

"Awful experience."
Awful experience.
Firstly they scammed me out of money for cleaning my car whilst I was away - but didn't do it. Also for price of ticket to let out of the car park.
Worst was that they were 2 and a half hours late delivering my car to me for travelling home and it didn't get to the car park until 2am.
Even worse, when it was delivered it had been damaged with statches and scrapes on the nearside front wing whilst it was in their possession.
I wish there was negative rating score here.
DO NOT USE THEM.

"Poor service, rude staff and filthy car upon collection"
Initially, the arrival service seemed ok but was a bit concerned that the driver I handed my car keys to did not appear to have any ID on him, which I would have expected to see.
Tried calling when we arrived back in the UK - couldn't get through to the number as it kept cutting off. Eventually got through to be told rudely that the car would be on its way within 30 minutes. When you try and follow the instructions to let them know you are through customs, but cannot get through to the number, its really frustrating to be told you have to wait that length of time for your car to be dropped off, particularly after a long flight!! Car eventually turned up with a really surly delivery driver - my car was absolutely filthy! There was mud all the way up the doors and when we asked where it had been parked, we were met with attitude. It turns out that the car had been parked near to a building site which was apparent from all of the clay mud all over the tyres and up the sides of my car! There wasn't even an acknowledgment that the car had gotten dirty - the delivery driver was an insolent idiot working for a total cowboy racket! Avoid at ALL costs! There is no customer service whatsoever and everyone I spoke to was incredibly rude and was spoken to like they were doing me a favour! Would NOT recommend to anyone! I'd rather walk to Heathrow dragging my cases behind me than use these cowboys again!

"If I could give no stars I would"
If I could give no stars I would. AVOID at all costs. Unless you like waiting an hour an half for your car and listening to a bunch of liars. Also scammed me out of an extra £60 and refuse to give a receipt.
