"Used them before"

Used them before, good product excellent service.

"Good service but sort the instructions!"

Generally good service from Tuin. The delivery and product appear pretty good but it’s the first 40mm summer house I’ve purchased so I’ve nothing to compare it with. The wood seems straight enough and of good quality. What let’s Tuin down is the atrocious instructions! I only received a paper copy of the plans and had to download the written instructions for what they’re worth. What really is a simple DIY task turns into lots of head scratching and hours on online video watching, due to inadequate drawings.

1) The screws/nail bags aren’t identified and you have to guess what there all for. Some screws are Philips, some torex, not all the correct size that match those shown on the drawings….
2) the plans provided are on A4 and everything is crammed together. I appreciate there for multiple languages but they really need some text adding.
3) some drawings include the foundation beam, some don’t. Why isn’t it marked?
4) The door assembly drawing needs its own page rather than crammed with other stuff. As does the roof which includes 4 other options on the same page in poor tiny print.
5) The roof panels on the instructions are marked NB next to an indistinguishable mark which after much head scratching actually represents a pen mark on the wood.
6) The Emma 40 ISO drawing shows the triangular ceiling element half way down the door rather than where it’s fitted.

In conclusion an easy project made hard by poor drawings. This is not a new product- the drawings should be fine tuned to perfection by now!

We had a Mitch Corner Gazebo, most of the video and instructions refer to cabins, but we got by
Overall very satisfied would certainly recommend to friends or relatives

In west Wales we had the full family force of the recent storm just few shingles damaged structure very sound
If it stands up to 80mph winds it is a great bit of kit

The product (Sadie) is well-designed and looks good, Erectors had no trouble with components and procedures.
Delivery was on schedule and driver was highly skilled with forklift truck (900 kg pack on large pallet placed exactly where we wanted it).
Staff at Tuin available, friendly, helpful.

Tuin Customer services excellent, but a little bureaucratic.
The approx 6x3 m cabin was of first class wood and construction . However the window latches and door lock were not of the same quality.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Delivery was as scheduled and pack came very well protected and organised. Quality is excellent and building was very enjoyable. Instructions could have been clearer and easier to find tutorials but got there in the end. Very happy with the end result.

The service and communication were extremely good, I have taken delivery of my item which is very good quality, I have yet to construct, but the instructions look to be very clear
