The ordering process was good and the gazebo cap arrived within a few days. There was a little mark on the back edge where the black powder coat hadn't quite taken or I would have given it a five.

Very pleased with the ordering and delivery. We’ve never built a shed before, which maybe why, As like some other other people, we did find the instructions with the kit a bit confusing. However, after contacting customer service, we were sent appropriate videos and blogs which helped a lot. We just have the floor to finish now. The weather hasn’t been kind but the shed went up amazingly well.
The Team at Tuin obviously know their stuff.

From the initial contact through to Delivery was Excellent

I requested a bespoke cabin based on one of there standard cabins. The advice, design process was first class and kept informed throughout the process. All promised dates were met including delivery. The delivery process was as described in there T & C’s.

The construction was strait forwarded as per the instructions. Made a couple of calls on assembly to confirm we were doing it correctly with excellent advice and nothing was an issue.

I recently bought the Lotte Cabin.

The ordering process was superb. I had serious concerns relating to the delivery and the support for delivery was fantastic.

The videos and instructions are generic, meaning if you have a corner door, you have to guess how to install it.

Tuin lose two stars for two issues relating to this.

The after hours email address (no phone number available) elicited no response. This was very disappointing, as I’m disabled and rely on someone else to install the cabin.

I wanted my new workspace to be ready by Christmas. That’s now not going to happen. No room for the equipment arriving for me to be able to work.

All the videos and generic instructions threw absolutely no light on the issues we had with the door.

Even the Lotte builds in the videos did not have the same pieces in the kit that came with our delivery.

I’m convinced we took delivery of four Lotte walls and an Asmund Doorway. The building is a perfect 90 degree with no cumulative error in the build, but the overhang also didn’t fit.

While the timber is excellent quality and we went to extraordinary measures to ensure that the substrate on which it was built was perfectly horizontal at 180 degrees, I wish Tuin had made the effort with guidelines for the corner door.

I paid extra for the composite base and extra expensive flooring. I don’t mind extra cost if it means they’ll invest a bit more in instructions and technical writing. Even the videos online couldn’t cover the problem.

I’m a disabled wheelchair user so need the double doors for my workspace.

Lovely cabins, God Awful instructions and most people will build these on a weekend so after hours support should be available which it wasn’t.

Such a pity. I hope their Christmas is going to better than mine.

With a 2.5m social media reach, my videos are hopefully going to raise a few laughs and maybe a bit more diligence on their part.

Thank you Tuin for your prompt response to my request for replacement shingles after storm Darragh stripped a section off my summerhouse. I wasn't in a hurry for them but the next day service turned out to be 5 days. Blame the Christmas rush.
