This is my third item from Tuin and the service from ordering to delivery was first class. The only minor issue is that some of the logs weren't as clean cut as my previous purchases.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase,service and delivery.

Easy to order, picked delivery date and everything arrived on time. This is the second 4 x 3 log cabin we have had from you. We ordered confident that if a piece didn't fit we had the wrong piece and that everything was in the delivery. Erection was easy. It was erected by me I am a 76 year old woman with a disabled husband so had to have help with the roof beams and the roofing felt. It is now a lovely She Shed.

One husband with a little help of wife constructed it, including preservative coat, in approximately 12 hours. Absolutely lovely and great quality. Went together like clockwork including hanging the doors.

Logs cabin is great. Ordered a 5m x 4m Sadie and so easy to construct.

Had a bit of an issue with delivery, as Tuin took the ordered based on the delivery I requested and after I booked the time off and arranged the roof for the cabin they informed me of a delay around 2 weeks before delivery. Meaning couldn’t change my holidays.

Upon discussing with tuin, they basically told me that was my fault for arranging things before hearing from the delivery company (that contact you the week before delivery). Customer services weren’t particularly helpful at all although they did ensure delivery was sooner than the suspected 5-7 week delay.

The doors of the cabin aren’t the best. Have had the cabin in place for about 3 months and have had to adjust them about every week.

"Jukta corner summerhouse"

I purchased the jukta summerhouse 6.8 x 6.8 m. Once you unpack and get organised ,it's not so difficult, however there was a few tricky parts during the build and I had to call tech support at Tuin. They replied almost immediately with advice and some additional instructions. Looks fantastic in my garden and well worth the price.
