"I ordered a bespoke designed…"

I ordered a bespoke designed summerhouse in June and it was delivered seven weeks later. It was exactly what I ordered and the design was excellent. It was a 2.5m x 3m construction which took my builder a day to concrete the base and a day to build the summer house. It also took another day to complete the roof shingles and finishings. The design was accurate and the construction relatively simple. The builder stated the trick is having a level base from the start. The overall value was excellent, the product was excellent. The communication with Lee during the design and delivery phase was also excellent. All in all I would definitely order another product from Turn should the need arise.

Products appear reasonably but once the product is delivered Tuin customer service is non existent.
UPDATE
Following my initial review I was contacted by Tuin who were very apologetic about their initial response to my complaint.
Unfortunately it was not possible for them to rectify the problem so they offered me a credit which I was quite happy with.

We ordered the Emma 3m X 3m log cabin with 40mm wide logs. We are very happy with the product and service from Tuin. The cabin arrived on time and was delivered on a pallet by fork lift and placed onto our driveway all in good order.
We did not erect the cabin ourselves but rather got our local builder to do it. From what we gather there were no major issues or problems with the construction.
We are very happy with our purchase and believe it to be very good value for money.

58 mm The initial contact with the company was excellent. We ordered the garage and had further questions and rang the office on a couple of occasions and there was always a person to talk to. The garage arrived on time and the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful. We decided to construct the garage ourselves despite the fact we are not builders we put it up. Only the garage doors tested us. Everything fitted perfectly. We really can’t fault it. We would definitely recommend this company

"This is the 3rd Gazebo I have had from…"

This is the 3rd Gazebo I have had from Tuin now and have to say, as before, I am over the moon with it. The delivery process was easy and the driver managed to get the pallet to exactly the place I had asked for. The construction was straight forward and it looks superb. I would say that the quality of the timber seems to have dropped a little with this one and there are a couple of hefty splits in a couple of the legs and some of the roof boards were pretty warped but I don't think it will lead to any lasting problems.
