Excellent customer service! Our log cabin arrived with a damaged double-glazed pane in one of the doors. I emailed Tuin with photos and a replacement arrived within a few days, no drama, no fuss.

Built over 2 days due to bad weather.
Self assembled with a friend to hold ladders and pass me piece's as I got higher up. Really straightforward to put together, clear and easy instructions with illustrations.
I had some unseeable damage to one of the long boards after unwrapping. I contacted Tuin who advised me that there is often an extra board in the kit so unpack it, check off the contents against the list and let them know and they will help me source what I need. The spare board was clearly marked "Extra" and I was able to notch out the end with some basic hand tools and put it to use.
(I work with metal and have zero woodworking talent)
The door and window frames came semi/mostly assembled and easily fitted into place without any problems. The door frame has plenty of room for adjustments without leaving gaps or anything exposed and the doors and windows feel sturdy enough to do the job for more than just a summer or two.
I got the thicker floor with it but none of the other add on options, basic felt roll roof which is still looking intact 2 months on (overlooking the sea taking a beating from wind and rain)
The delivery driver was from a company called Walpole, the man has talent and no fear. Managed his 40ft truck with a forklift on the end up 12 miles of single lane Scottish B roads, 3 point turned to make his delivery and headed back without flattening a blade of grass.
Overall the whole experience has been a good one.
Tuin have been very pleasant and helpful before during and after purchase and I would buy from them again if the price was right.

From start to finish the ordering was easy, delivery as scheduled and the finish product is amazing. I love my cabin best thing I have ever done a massive new room set for 16 people at Christmas and can't wait for the summer now.

Really good quality service and product, at a very reasonable price. Having had a very poor experience with a competitor, Tuin has proved to be superior in every way from purchase to (self) installation. We went for the Emma corner cabin, which is a fairly complicated structure due to the pyramid roof and corner door, but the design and part-construction of some of the major components made installation pretty straightforward.

Packaging and delivery was excellent, owing to a suitable truck and forklift combo. Our previous (bad) experience with a competitor was via a single driver in a flatbed truck with no lifting or carrying equipment, resulting in damaged components and no protection once unloaded. Tuin aced delivery, the whole shipment staying palletised and wrapped until we started to assemble it, with not a single piece showed any signs of damage.

Of the ‘could have been better’, the only grey areas were some slightly confusing/missing instructions at there very beginning of the build, which were answered after a few calls to Tuin support.
