"Instead of a reimbursement or refund…"

Instead of a reimbursement or refund for returning the wrong size case for my phone, the best thing I received from Tech21 was a 20% reduction for a new purchase. I mean, that's it?
I haven't received (or at least seen) any email regarding this issue. Why?

For a premium product with paid-for delivery fees, you’d expect a decent delivery timescale. I ordered a case from The Netherlands the day after ordering this one and guess which arrived first? Contacted Tech21 customer services who have yet to respond. Case is decent but the delivery timescale was ridiculous. Took over a week and zero Fs seemingly given by Tech21.

I have been using the evo check since the iPhone 6 and I have never been disappointed. This case is on par with quality and protection. The case is not designed specifically for the iPhone 16e, so the opening on the back for the camera is much too large. I expect over time this will lead to extra dust and grime getting into the back. Also Evri took for ever to deliver…
