The Bonsai was a present for my wife. She is absolutely delighted, The poduct was in tip-top condition. The packaging was ideal and certainly prevented any damage whatsover during transit. The bonsai has pbviously been loved and grown in ideal conditions. I thoroughly recommend this company and I will be back myself in due course. Please buy with confidence.

"Superior quality bonsais"

Easy ordering, delivery exactly when promised.
At first, I experienced quite a shock when my bonsai lost every single one of its leaves shortly after delivery - I was afraid it was dead. The very nice support assured me, though, that this was natural after the transport and in autumn. And they were right - now, 2 weeks later, there are a lot of tiny new leaves. Not as many as there had been before, but at least the little tree survived. So their bonsais are indeed of much better quality than the ones you can get cheaper elsewhere. One suggestion, though - I think the company should prepare people for the shock of the bonsai looking dead a week after delivery. Their brochure mentions "some" loss of leaves, but not that all of them might fall off. Apart from that, I am now very happy. Thank you so much!

This company which claims to be run by professionals , is not at all good value for money. I have been "into" Bonsai trees since 1972 and have a collection of over 100. In my opinion this company is using the whole mystic idea of owning a Bonsai. They use bright and rather childish adverts.
I have bought some very similar Bonsai trees to those on offer for at least half price or less.
IMO keep away from flashy sites and go to real experts, there are many on the internet. Gotbonsai for example and Peter Chan. Also be very careful with the species.....most should be kept outside. Keeping trees inside is not as easy as you might think. Broadleaved trees need to lose their leaves every year and have a period of dormancy. To do otherwise is likely to lose your trees.
