Partnered through Vivint. Vivint won't tell you the prices of each security equipment and finances everything though Fortiva. They don't make people aware that the Fortiva account has a $4000 credit limit and will rack you up with $4000 worth of equipment so you reach maximum credit utilization within minutes of becoming a Vivint/Fortiva customer. My credit dropped from the 700's to 635. YEARS OF BUILDING MY CREDIT FOR IT TO GO TO CRAP.

"Terrible Credit Card Company"
Not only do I not carry a balance on my cards, I feel it is unnecessary for any credit card company to charge a monthly maintenance fee. What are you maintaining, an account with a zero balance. Not only that, they increased the amount from $5.00 per month to $7.25 with no written notification of the increase. I had a high credit limit, but cancelled the card anyway. Who needs that crap. I recommend Capital One over Fortiva every time. Don't waste your time with this credit card.

Credit card info was stolen when i ordered some soap online. Whoever stole my info ran up $825 in charges. And it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t resolved the issue a lot of paperwork and a lot of BS. It’s like pulling teeth with these people I’m just gonna pay it take a loss and hope that they reimburse me my money terminating this trash ass card!!!

Worst Credit provider and worst service ,
They Add charges such account maintenance fees , Credit increase fees without informing us or giving us any notice .
Also disputing fraud transaction with them is a lot of paper work .
Closing our account with them caused hit on my credit score dealing with Fortiva is just a loss in everyway

Terrible payment options! Every credit card company allows you to set whatever amount you want for auto monthly payments. Not Fortiva. They only allow minimum or full balance payments. Let’s get with the times now

So few weeks back I rented a car and then I got really sick and I ended up having to keep the car because I live way out in the country so I contacted budget and they told me I would only be charged for the daily but when I returned the car they charged me several hundred dollars more for late fees and all kinds of other stuff, so I realize I'm over my limit with fortiva and just got some other bills out of the way so I can start paying down my fortiva and I get a notification on my credit that there's been a change, I contact fortiva and without any kind of warning or notice of any kind they just canceled my account! Mind you I don't have any late payments on any of my credit cards! That's just bad business!! I told them I was in the process of trying to get some of that money back from Budget and I also would be paying it down then she informs me my account was closed on the 10th of May. Unbelievable!!

If you can stay away from this card high yearly fees monthly charges and they will send u stuff in mail for credit limit increases when you call them they say nothing about it company us a joke everyone you talk to has a middle eastern voice like i said if you have to have a card ok if not stay far away

had a conversation last month with one of your representatives, making it sound like I would not have a late fee for next month that I will be credited. She neglected to tell me where that money was being credited to which was towards the “balance”. It’s very sneaky and deceiving.
I can’t wait to pay the balance off to close this credit card. And if there are something I can write a review so I can warm people about your company about these late fees I will.
So if I am a day late on my billing cycle that month, I will be charged a late fee. Next billing cycle I will still be charged and punished a late fee for being late last month. That is wrong. It is a rip off you’re making money off of that from middle class people.

Do not use the app to pay the bill on your account. If you do they will send you a text saying that they have processed your payment only to get a notice weeks later saying that your payment didnt go through. They over a week to process your payment and then blame your bank for the delay.
