I have used Radiators.co.uk a number of times over the last 2 years, as I have been completing renovations at home. The website is easy to use, with a wide variety of products and reasonable prices. If you do need any assistance, you can actually call them which is an added bonus. They where are able to answer my technical queries and confirm stock availability very quickly when I placed my last order in December 2024.

Purchased a specific radiator to match existing in the house, great price and fast delivery, however when it arrived, it was well packed but cosmetically damaged. Issue was , I only discovered this a week after delivery when the plumber unwrapped it. I assumed I would have a problem but the customer services manager Lee was fantastic. The item had gone end of life but he went above and beyond to help me get a replacement. Brilliant service, thank you

I ordered a TowelRads Curved Towel Radiator - it was delivered fast, and delivery communication was good. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Radiators.co.uk, the radiator was very slightly damaged. I contacted the Company and spoke to Reece - he was very pleasant on the phone, and asked me to email an image of the radiator damage to him. He managed the situation immediately, and to my pleasant surprise a new (perfect) radiator was delivered the very next day. Brilliant customer service, competitive prices, easy to use website and a happy customer. Would definitely use again, and thank you to Reece for sorting the problem so promptly and efficiently.

I ordered 3 radiators and by the time my plumber arrived about 2 months later, realized 1 was the wrong size. As the radiator was unopened, the internet manager Lee Cooper arranged for me to return the unit locally and has now issued a full refund. Very pleased.

Took 5 days to be informed that the size I ordered was no longer available. 6 days after that I am still waiting to receive an alternative size.
