"Issue resolved quickly and efficiently "

We had an issue over a claim. To be fair to sure cover they were very quick in contacting me. A shout out to Amanda who was our point of contact who was attentive, understanding and resolved the issue very quickly. What impressed me as well was the follow up call to ensure it had been settled to our satisfaction..

"Disgusting lying charlatans "

I received a phone call to tell me my insurance was due and they would be taking £66.00 from my account which was fine they went on to tell me in total for the 3 year cover it would be £198 I asked again that there would only be £66.00 taken and the young man said yes then my notification came through they took £198 so I called them back immediately and told them I no longer wanted their cover as I had been lied to the cancellation team rang me and talked me into taking a yearly cover and the remainder would be credited to my accounts I asked when this would be and he said no later than Monday 03/12/2025 no payment came so I decided that was it I would cancel the whole policy. I gave them a few days grace and called again and I was told it would probably be in my account by Friday at the latest Monday still nothing. I rang them again on Monday afternoon I was told I would receive a phone call from cancellation department nothing I have called them again today and still nothing.
They were quick to take the money but not so when I wanted the money back poor customer service absolutely disgusting I will never recommend this company to the contrary I would advise people not to touch them with a barge poll if I could have rated them lower than one star I would have

"It goes deeper………."

It goes deeper……….
After a month & many phone calls
I still have no heating or hot water
They are really not fit for purpose
& there’s no point in complaining or helping or trying to reason
The management are worse than the boots on the ground
They really are a waste of a wage………

"Scam and robbing company "

This company is a scam company in less than a year they toke over 4 and a half thousand pounds out of my father's bank account they would not refund all his money back at once so they come up with a payment plan for every Monday which every week we have had to ring and ask for the money my father also had to have a solicitor send them a letter and now this week they haven't payed him we have ask to speak to ROSS for the last 6 weeks and they keep fobbing us off that he's in a meeting everytime please people beware do not have nothing to do with this company as my father is a old vulnerable dementia man on pension they rob and lie scam scam scam company I have got loads of emails as proof beging for my dad's money back and not once will they email back

"Unprofessional Unbelievably"

Unbelievably, 1 week after reporting a fault with my washing machine and being told an engineer would be contacting me to mend my machine, I was asked to supply proof I had paid my insurance 3 years ago.
I had also received a phone call a few days earlier asking if I wanted to extend my appliance insurance by a further 3 years!
So I have supplied proof alongside proof of my policy and am hoping my machine will be finally looked at.
Not very professional in my opinion.
Surely if there was a concern about policy payment it should have been raised in 2022 and not 3 years later!!

Surecover took £480-00 out of my account in April and May ,2024,after 9 phone calls every month, have not a phone call or reimbursement, next call to Ombudsman, hope my appliances don't fail ,don't think about it. Not a happy customer
