I have been waiting 6 weeks. My washing machine is a Bosch and they want to replace it with a indesit or a Kandy.
I have it wrote on my contract but this is just not good enough.

"Disgraceful disregard for the customer"
Received a text message saying someone from this company was coming to my house. No explanation what it was about. Phone number provided to rearrange if not convenient! I answered the message asking what it was to do with and who were they as I didn't recognise the name or number given. They couldn't/wouldn't tell me! I then get a text message request for feedback on their services. Several exchanges later - letting them know the serious failings in their customer service systems - they decided I was no longer worthy of contact and informed me the appointment stood! Asking for feedback clearly a box ticking exercise that carried no weight whatsoever. Disgraceful way to treat customers. This company needs to take a SERIOUS look at how they handle things

"I have been fighting with Surecover…"
I have been fighting with Surecover since November 2024. Every time I call or e-mail or they call or email me they change the story.
Now 10th of February they what me to pay them £75 for delivery, plumbing and removing the cover and the old machine. It’s a tumble drying no plumbing involved and as for removing the old one it will fit in the car. It’s a bloody joke except it’s not bloody funny.
We now have a new tumble dryer Wednesday 19th Feb
We did have to pay £75.00 extra to have one delivered installed? and the old one taken away.
Which was fine Except the the door wouldn’t close so we called so where it came from they were really good took the broken one away and replaced it on Saturday 22nd Fed.
Would I deal with Surecover again! probably not.

Rang me today to say my washing machine is out of warranty I told him that I have it covered with someone else and he was very arrogant shouted at me to wait as his manager would offer me a discount when I said no he was shouting.
No way after that will I ever get cover for anything with his attitude.

"Satisfactory Service"
I have several 3 year plans with Surecover. A while back out tumble dryer broke down - it was replaced without fuss. In January our washing mashine sprung a leak. There was some issue with Surecover's systems so we couldn't get through to claim. I had to engage a local repairer to fix the machine. Once contact with Surecover was re-established, they reimbursed the cost of the local repairer. I'm happy with that service. But 3 stars only to reflect the inability to contact creating subsequent delay and inconvenience

"Worse customer service on the planet "
Sureserve which was also formally K&T heating should not be in business. They lie, fob you off and never turn up for appointments. When you call you are held in queue for up to a hour each time. And they have the audacity to have on the hold music they are Award winning. Award winning at giving the poorest customer service. I was promised am appointment. Nobody showed. Waited a hour in call queue, told 1pm nobody showed, by 245pm called again after being another hour in queue told 430pm nobody showed. When asked to complain previously a girl who sounded so unprofessional said I can't complain. I am following this up because they are absolutely the worse and don't even deserve the 1 star

My washing machine has broken down and I haven’t received a call from a repairer. The line to Surecover is dead. A big family with lots of washing relies on prompt support when you invest in something!

Having called about a faulty tumble dryer 3 times.
Been told someone would ring us re repair-nothing!
Still no repair, no phone call, no nothing but the. premiums are still being taken!

"Highly recommendable "
I have been so pleased with Surecovers very quick response with sorting out my faulty washing machine and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family, I understand that getting through to them was a bit of a night mare but like most other companies when there is staffing issues there will always be some problems but at least you do get to speak to a human and not a recorded message and they do get the issue sorted out very quickly. My advice is to be patient with them and you will find this company well worth the bother. My washing machine was unrepairable and Surecover gave me a choice of suppliers to choose from. I was so glad that I took out there 3 year cover as I would have had to pay out for a new machine.
