"Beware - scam!"
Sadly I can't give zero stars. These people prey on vulnerable pensioners. My mum, who suffers from dementia, paid almost £500 a month for some appliance insurance. I had it blocked and then they hit her again! Because she willingly gave her card number they technically can't be done for fraud but they really should be struck off. Contact your bank and block them if you have been affected.

This company don't even deserve a 1 star. Contacted customer service several times. They have constantly taken payments from my account for appliances the I don't need cover 4. After asking for evidence of call with them to agree to cover they have not responded. Appalling service and will now be going to trading standards as disgusting way to treat an 83 year old

"No service at all"
I have a washing machine broken for more than 5 weeks. In every call they said the repair team will call to arrange a time and date. It never happened. Last week (12th Nov) they said if it is not fixed by Thursday (14th Nov) they will send new machine.Now the lines are not working for technical issues. Sent mail using the email hello@... no answer so far.
Frustrated and disappointed. Looks like a scam.

"Useless support team"
I have a washer and dryer broken for more than 3 weeks. In every call they said the repair team will call to arrange a time and date. It never happened. Calling and calling always saying they will calm me within 48 hours. Now the lines are not working for technical issues for the past 4 days. There is not other way to contact apart from the hello@ email that never is being answered. 7 days ago the promised if the don’t call me by the end of the week they will give me a new machine. They lied just to keep me quiet. I’m going to report it to the Onsbordman as I paid the whole year for the to incovinence me for 3 weeks of not be able to do my laundry.
Very disappointed.

"Surecover owe me £2,881 from policies…"
Surecover owe me £2,881 from policies they took out in my name every month for 8 months and fraudulently taking £240 from my credit card account without my permission. Despite trying to get them to take responsibility and refund me I got the run around and got nothing!

"Yet again I have received a call from this company despite giving clear instruction that I never be contacted by them again"
Yet again I have received a call from this company, after having been mis sold a plan after they claimed they were the company I already had insurance with. Numerous calls to the company requesting that all be cancelled and to remove my details, eventually got a call from an advisor who claimed to have sorted it all and had allegedly listened back to all the previous calls which hadn’t been handled correctly, advised that the person had left the company, he advised that all would be sorted and my details would be removed and I wouldn’t hear again from them, asked me if I would remove my review that I had posted previously. Out of courtesy believing the issue had been resolved, I did remove. Today agai I have received a call from this company yet again about my product that was bought over 20 years ago following up why my direct debit had failed to reach them. I advised that they should have all my complaint on system and that my details should have been removed and for them not to contact me again, adviser on the phone ignored my request and cut the call off.

"My washing machine broke down and…"
My washing machine broke down and therefore I rang to see what could be done. Was advised to send a video of what, if anything was happening, which I did. When I got no reply I had to ring customer service and I spoke to Ross. Ross has followed through and helped by answering all my questions and pushing through my emails, to get a replacement machine.
I could not have been happier and more grateful for having had the guidance and support of Ross. Highly reccomend that you ask to speak to Ross when phoning for support.

"SCAM SCAM SCAM"
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Fleeced my mothers partner out of over £3000. Reported to the bank fraud squad and the Police. Have called them and got a bull**it response that only £1000 could be refunded. Will be taking this further.

"SUSPECTED SCAM CALLS"
Received a call claiming to be Surecover from 03333446034 on my mobile knew my name and address claiming to cover the warranty of our washing machine. Very thorough check of condition, etc of machine but got model number and age wrong. Offered me discount òn one off payment to renew. Told him I would check paperwork and ring him back - he insisted on ringing me. Tried ringing the 0800 number for Surecover - despite being number 1 in the que for 10 minutes no one answered. Treat any call claiming to be Surecover with caution. Mywashing machine has cover from a reputable firm.
