Outstanding customer service from Lucy Sacco who quickly resolved the issue we had after our first choice washing machine was advised out of stock. Lucy identified an acceptable replacement which was delivered the following morning.

If you’re reading this chances are it’s too late. If they have your bank card details they will empty your account £240 a time. Their phone operators are well drilled to politely stall you and promise callbacks. You might be even be told to email finance, at the same catchall hello@surecover email.

Call your banks and cancel your card. Inform their fraud teams.

In the meantime send a letter of formal complaint to Surecover Group Ltd 19 New Road, Brighton & Hove, Brighton BN1 1UF via recorded delivery, keep a copy.

They have 8 weeks to resolve, then escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman.

We need to make as many complaints as possible and get the FO to take this seriously and bring this sham company to justice.

I'm not trusting you crooks with any private information. It's irrelevant, stop obfuscating your crime! Who takes out 18 policies in the space of 6 months? 13 of those between June and July?

"Broken oven "

Contact customer service on Monday. Told someone will call me back by the end of the day about my oven that is broken, sent email and video as requested. I have phone everyday since told the company there use having booking problem. Everyday someone has
told me someone will call me back and give me appointment. It is now Friday 5 days later. Told they still have a problem. Customer service cannot help just telling me they will put it in an email to Launce? Not good enough take your money promise to fix your appliance within 48 hours, that is breaking the agreement of 48 hours call out and fixed. Not what they are promising? I will report this to trading standards. June and Mr Pike

"Excellent Speedy response "

Lance was very polite & helpful & an engineer was organised to call me to organise a call for a repair within no time at all. Lance asked if there was anything else he could help with? Which there wasn’t.
However if do have any further need to call Surecover then i would be very happy if Lance answered my call again.

This company took money from my account to the value of nearly £1000. I have been ringing them constantly requesting my money back and keep getting told the money will be returned to me in a couple of weeks. As yet no money has been returned. I have sent emails as advised by their customer services and have had no reply.
