"Terrible service"

This company called my wife to tell themmour policy was due renewal.my wifevtold them our policy wasn't with them but another company, they told us that company no longer did the home appliance and they could do it on goid faith she took up thier offer, to find a daybook so later we had a policy with our original , we cancelled the sure care policy on the 2nd of may £190.00 despite numerous phone calls and promises still.waiting for our money back.will be contacting BBC Watchdog to see if they can deal with it as it appears to.hapoen to alot of people

This company will not stop calling me! I keep blocking their number and they keep calling from another one. Multiple times daily. I have never ever enquired about insurance and have no idea where they got my details from?

Rip off merchants call an elderly lady 6 times over 3 months for different policies, washer, dishwasher, TV, Cooker, Fridage Freezer and don't hen send any policy documents. Each policy £240 Do not deal with this company they can't look and see that the customer already has 1 policy

I had the most fantastc gur called Lou Smith who called me he was vert patient with me and took his tim even though he knew the more calls he took was better for his target but he took his time and explaind everything in so much detsil i would like to give Lou Smith if I could 20/10 for his patients and understanding of how unwell i sm his compsny certsintly need more Lou's on there staff give that man a pay rise and i did take out a policy with them but only cause of his kindness to me 200% great man

"Calls 5 times a day. "

Around 5 calls a day for the past 2 weeks all with very similar numbers that when I look into or call back confirm it's Sure cover. Constantly blocking them but yet they continue to call. I do not want any cover and neither have I bought any appliances recently. Being bombarded with calls like they do would ensure I would never take out a policy with them.

Ashley white was the lady I spoke to she was so helpful and patient when I explained I had a speech impediment. She was very polite and patient as I have to think about what I have to say. I want to thank her for her help in helping me to pick a washer and to tell her it’s working great and matches my kitchen great.

"This company has robbed my bank account…"

This company has robbed my bank account of £480 when a payment wasn’t due for another two years , do not give them your card details as somebody is drawing payments from their records of card details, really off hand and do not phone back when they said they would , this has left me over my overdraft limit .

"Total bunch of sharks"

Like many people who have posted reviews I am suffering the same problems with getting promises that things are being dealt with but nothing forth coming.
Since 17th May £240 was charged to my Visa account for some fictisious policy that as never existed and trying to get it refunded is like pulling teeth.
I have had promises of return calls from Cindy, Lucy and various others and also have had no response to a E mail on 14/06/24.
These people seem to have respect for you and your problems and are quite happy to hang onto your money.
I am 78 years young and £240 is a lot of money to me.
Finally I have an existing policy for a washing machine which I renewed in May and if this experience had occurred prior to to this renewal I most certainly would not have renewed and looked elsewhere.
KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
