I had a phone call to renew the insurance for my washing machine so I renewed and paid. Since April SureCover have been charging my credit card more than what I paid which has incurred interest. I have been told this has been escalated and I will be refunded but we will see. DO NOT INSURE WITH SURE COVER Customer service is awful - emails get ignored - quick to take your money without warning then slow at refunding - STAY AWAY

Please do not use this company, my mother who is 81 received a call last year and from September to as this Friday 26/7/25, they have taken £3,840 from her account at £240 per payment, some twice in a month, last two months 3 in a month, we have contacted action fraud and I will not stop till we get this resolved, we are so angry that they can do this to a 81 year old lady. Again do not allow your parents to be contacted by this company, they are praying on the vulnerable

They were rude and threatened me because I asked for the wages I was owed. I'm still extremely disappointed, and i never got my referral bonus either for referring someone to there business.

Have just noticed £240.00 taken from our bank account, to Surecover. Someone ( not named as Surecover) has pestered us on several occasions, about taking out appliance insurance. I have declined, several times but this has appeared, with no hard copies or signatures required. Have tried to 'phone them but constantly engaged.
Give their enquiries a wide berth. It may not be a 'scam' in real terns ,but is as close to one as it gets. We do not want this cover!

I have recently come out of hospital after 15mths and bedbound. I was recommended a company called domestic & general to know that my appliances will be ok whilst away. The care agency broke my washing machine and when I needed my insurance company’s help they sent out someone to have a look for me only to be told that there is nothing that they can do and immediately cancelled my subscription after being with them for a year (shocking)!
A nice gentleman contacted me today 10/07/24 called Nick Williams from Sure Cover Group and he helped me set up a new Home Contents Insurance Cover. He was very helpful and it was a blessing that he phoned as I needed Insurance Cover Asap.

Scammers keep calling me up telling me I’ve paid for a 3 year service with them this has happened so many times and the man I spoke to was so rude but I’ve reported this dodgy place now DONT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS 😡
