I had a problem with my washing machine but couldn't find the correct certification number. Lance Perkins couldn't have been more helpful when we spoke on the phone. He was polite and courteous, addressed the problem and sorted out an engineer immediately. I was very impressed with his customer service and will most definitely deal with the company again as well as recommend it to others, because of Lance.

"Still awaiting a replacement!!!"
My microwave needs replacing, which was agreed by them namely Cindy Williams, was told someone will contact me within 24hours to arrange this… still waiting for this someone to get to me!!! It’s coming up to 2 months and I have sent over 10 emails chasing, but no one can be bothered getting back to me, just being continuously ignored. The worst thing I ever did was to pay up front and insurer my white goods, terrible company a totally disgrace, poor customer service. I have even requested to be refunded my premium if they can’t replace so I just go and buy a replacement myself but still no response. Would definitely not recommend this company.

New for old replacement as promised and came quickly. I pay £8.99 a month a they got me a new washer in 4 days. Reading the other reviews I feel bad as it is a real company.

Scam scam scam do NOT trust this company useless you want Ur life saving gone and left penniless they scam my vulnerable elderly father they toke 4300 in one month they toke over 700 pound and to try to get ur money back from them is unreal ....to think elderly people who's worked hard all their life's and who should be enjoying their retirement carnt because they have been robbed ...... Someone needs to stop theses people

Scam!!! Keep well clear these people have taken over £4300 out of my father's bank account who has memory problems they keep ringing him after being told over and over he has memory problems and have still been helping themselves to his bank account as and when they feel like £240 3 times one month twice another 3 times the next my father already has mental health problems due to his memory loss and losing this amount of money! my dad now has no money left in the bank as these people have taken all he had within months he's now left struggling to live! Something he doesn't need with his health being so bad already! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I have contacted customer services several times I am still waiting for someone to contact me back!!!! My father is now in hospital due to his mental health as he had no money to live on he already has memory problems this should never have been taken out of his bank he hasn't been able to speak for himself for over a year this company knows this and they have just rang his mobile offering him £1800 back saying that's all he's going to get he can't make decisions for himself due to his memory problems I will be taking this company to court and suing them on top of what they have taken for my father's health conditions they are now causing!!!! See you in court!!!

Now I wanted to use what I payed for there over whelmed I've been trying to get a replacement TV for over a month now when I call they say someone will get back to me and I'm still waiting.

"Terrible Customer Service - Stay Away!"
Manager Contacted me as his reply to my original review said and he resolved the issue instantly. His action was appreciated as he advised his team required retraining and appologised for the delay and poor customer service.
Contacted Surecover back in May 2024 regarding Fridge Freezer fault, technician reported that the Fault was not repairable. Surecover after 6 phone calls eventyually made a so called like for like replacement offer. Original FridgeFreezer was a Samsung top of the Range model American Style. 2 month later and a further 5 phone calles Surecover offered the replacement New for Old cheapest fridge freezer on the market bearing no resemblance to the make and model under the service agreement. No Icemaker / no Water / significantly smaller.
Asked to Speak to Manager to discus the replacement, now end of August and now after 8-10 promises that someone whould call. Still no Calls.

Had a call from one of your colleagues this morning (Kristos), and his professionalism was second to none. He explained everything clearly and the call ended with me having the confidence of knowing that all of my kitchen items are fully protected in the event that one breaks!

My fridge freezer broken down recently and I contacted sure cover group. Engineer was arranged who stated its beyond repair.
I contacted surecover group again to see what can be done. I spoke with Cindy Williams, who is an amazing person and went above and beyond to help me chose my replacement fridge freezer. She was very helpful and came back with my email question very quick. Overall she made this awful experience of your equipment breakind down into a pleasant one.
