A great installation carried out by the team. We were a bit apprehensive having to have our new Tub lifted over the house by a crane, but it went smoothly. James and Tim installed the new Jacuzzi in a very professional manner and took time to make sure we were happy with everything. Very pleased with the purchase from sales to installation. Great Service. Andy was super efficient with all of my enquiries and went out of his way to seek the model i was after (Master spa legend 6.5). It was a fast turn around for the delivery and the guys installing were extremely professional. "Fautless/Proffesional Service"

Fautless Service! From our initial contact to Andy via email, to the visit at the Meriden showroom right through to the site survey and installation today. A great team that explained everything they were doing and needed to do, even dropped of a container the day before that I filled with water to speed up filling the tub. Full instructions given on chemicals and controls and even a text message for me to look back at when I've forgotten what they said! Very happy and cant wait to get into the HOT tub tomorrow. Thanks team.
