Struggled with poor landline connection in our new property. Although I was told we should expect to receive over 100Mbps in our location. I only receive around 75Mbps on a good day. If the weather's bad maybe 50Mbps. Kids are happy, and it's a far cry from what we had before.

Dismal, sluggish to respond, I have had a horrendous experience from the moment I started to do any business with this company and their sister company Sat-works. Inconsistent advice regarding network suitability. Non working equipment, huge delays in responding to emails and failure to send out engineers when requested. I would avoid at all costs.

Owing to possible building plan changes, the positioning of the aerial at the original survey location was not optimal. No problem getting it shifted somewhere more appropriate on the day of fitting. Price match was good too!

The chap who came to assess my current broadband and suitability for Broadband Shack was excellent, as was the chap who arrived today to install the antenna and set everything up. However your admin needs some work. I have already been chased for a direct debit payment that you claim to have tried and been unable to take.
I think this could be for a couple of reasons; I have never received a direct debit mandate from you, the system was not yet installed - ergo I wasn't even a customer at that point. Finally, I had already paid the first month fee when the chap came to assess my property. I hope this is not a sign of things to come as it's a pretty poor start.

My only complaint is that I have been left with a large amount of ugly black cable between the box and the wall connection and would appreciate help to tidy it.

"A good experience"
The company arranged my 4G router installation very efficiently, arrived when they said they would and the work was carried out professionally. The new sysyem works well giving me a nearly 5X improvement in broadband speed. I had some problems subsequently in setting up my wireless mesh and their technical support wrongly advised me that it would not work with the Broadband Shack router. I had already sorted the problem myself by the time they messaged me back, so I've downgraded them by one star.
