The engineer called me when he was on his way to tell me when to expect him. He kept me informed all the way through the installation process, he was very tidy and professional. He explained that the SIM card would activate later and where to get help if needed.

£24.99 per month is excellent value for money but I was irritated that the the direct debit kicked in a whole week before the installation (and thus connection) was even up and running

The two surveys ran well on time and were helpful. My only issue is the speed of 100mb dropped down to 60 at time of installation and I have only got a max of 40 having run it now for two weeks. I appreciate this speed can fluctuate for various reasons but I have been unable to get up to this magic 100 let alone 60. Slightly peeved that contract was signed on me getting 100 download. Still not sure how they got those speeds?!

Ordered Mesh system to go with new mobile broadband kit installation. Very speedy next day delivery. The Mesh components were clearly used, ex demo or returned as not boxed in original packaging. Engineer tries to install but faulty. He takes them away to sort out a replacement. 6 days laters no communication about if or when the replacements will arrive. Not ideal.

"Successful installation"
The company initially carried out a site survey to decide upon the best place to install a receiver for broadband at the property. They followed up promptly with a telephone call and written confirmation of our options. On the day of installation the engineer was unable to attend due to illness but rang and rearranged for the next working day. The system was then installed successfully and was explained by the engineer. We are pleased with the outcome.
