"Extremely poor service provision"
After initially a good service I am currently in a second prolonged period of lack of service speed and a lack of response/fixes. I first reported the current issue in mid July and it has not been fixed back to previous levels. My service tickets are closed with no updates/positive fixes or ignored with by nothing other than automated responses. I cannot wfh with video calls, I cannot stream tv and I cannot access websites on my phone using the internet. I would not recommend this service due to the poor customer service.

Good initial response but disappointed in the delay getting an engineer to attend as request was urgent. Engineer was superb during the install.

After some initial issues were resolved around the physical layout of the equipment, everything worked as hoped and good speed in both directions, downstream and upstream.

Struggled getting internet for a while now then had a recommendation for the Broadband shack.
The installation team came out and completed the installation professionally within a reasonable time.
We have gone from 6mbps to around 40 now. Would recommend for internet out in the sticks.

Excellent customer service on my initial call, kept informed on my installation day, 4g broadband works like a dream! We have gone from 3mb With BT to 33mb with Broadband Shack!!! so glad I made the switch.

Initial outlay was steep but we finally have Internet. Not 100% perfect but near enough. Totally happy with the new 4g set up from Broadband Shack.

I have had intermittent problems since taking this service. When I do get through to someone they are very helpful and friendly and solve a problem for a short period.
I now have had poor service 1mbps at best and unable to work all week... I can NOT get through via phone and I am regularly frustrated with the service.
I really need a consistent service.
