Richard is always there when we need him. He’s always picks up the phone and he always takes care of our problems. If we have any he’s always there to help and he’s always there to fix our issues and he always has tech-support get a hold of us if you can’t help us, Sky Tab and Shift both been with us for many years and we hope to be with them for many years to come great companies and we continue to do business with them. Richard has a great job Scotty D from Scotty D’s BBQ South Dakota. We have three units and we love it. We love what we do. Keep up the good work Richard.

Like the system, any issues are fixed right away. Richard is great from very beginning, always able to answer any of my questions.

We installed a new Skytab POS system with Richard as our sales rep. He always got back to us very quickly with any questions we had, and was transparent and knowledgeable on the system. Overall customer service has been excellent. A service tech came out to set the system up for us at no charge, which made it very smooth.
