Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us up with SkyTab POS by Shift4 and we have had great customer service when we needed it. When our end of the day printout showed zero sales...one call and they fixed it on their end quite quickly. My only concern is that I am finding it difficult to figure out how to upload information to my QuickBooks account.

For me customer service is key and dealing with the same person makes a world of difference instead of talking to someone new each time I have issues.

Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.
