Shift4 and or SkyTab BEWARE is by the far the worst company I've ever worked with. They hold your money they claim it's in accounting hasn't mailed it out yet, then they use the excuse they only write checks every 30 days. They tell you they are sending you to legal but they send you to individuals that are clueless and know absolutely nothing about they law. VERY DANGEROUS COMPANY STAY AWAY!! DON'T BUY IN

"BEWARE"

BEWARE. Shift4 is not for restaurants. Problems with tips being recovered. Lost checks in the "off-line" mode resulting in no payment.
Don't use Apple Pay on the system. Do not use gift cards that look like debit cards. Payments lost.
Answers to all this is Sorry Sir, you will not get your funds.
Customer service is a cluster. Cannot speak to the same person for the same issue. Everything must be reexplained on every call. No/poor follow through.
I have spent 50 hours this year on the phone with cust serv. to no avail.
They owe me hundreds of dollars for several different issues. I'll never see it.

The website has a lot of different awesome features as well such as creating a website for your business and designing your own gift cards. You can even design your receipts.
