The company operates pretty seamless. You complete your sale, and the amount is added into the business account the following day. The POS system is up to date and my sales rep, Chris, is always available for every question or small issue I've had. Plenty of reasons to stay with them.

I own a restaurant and bar and have used Shift 4 for years and I am very happy with it. I tried another competitor at one time and it was like going from a Cadillac to a Pinto, so I quickly returned to Shift 4. The online reports are simple to navigate and the POS system is user friendly. I have 20 employees, some of which have worked in other restaurants and they prefer the Shift4 system to the others they have used. The Software support by Hakki Kalpak with Absolute POS is the Absolute Best!

"A solid system"

A solid system, our support person, Hakki Kalpac, is definitely the star. Some settings are challenging to figure out... we may be using 10-20% of functionality because of that. Most of all I would like to have a visual of how buttons relate to items, to modifiers and submodifiers, so I do not have write everything down before I even try to make a change. Better reports would be useful too... some of the parameters are not reportable.
