"Great experience"

Great experience. I ordered from France on 04/15 and received the parcel with the order completed on 04/24. The product I ordered is only sold in UK, so I had to pay taxes. I thought it could be a scam, given all the bad reviews here, but my experience with my purchase from the site visionpharmacy.com turned out to be a very satisfying one.

"Ordered from this company as I couldn't get my medication locally"

Ordered from this company as I couldn't get the medication needed from anywhere else locally, also very fairly priced ..Ordered on the Monday & my delivery arrived in excellent condition on Thursday!
I had a question about the medication so I rang the pharmacy number on Tuesday and the pharmacist was most helpful & confirmed my order and answered my question...Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

"Ordered a few items"

Ordered a few items - then looked at reviews and tried to cancel order (too late). Next few days Items arrived well packaged and as ordered. Not sure how this company has got such bleugh reviews 🤔 My experience was perfect. Will order again 10/10 🙂

"Absolute scam"

Absolute scam. Ordered 3 lots of eye drops - confirmation of dispatch received and nothing delivered. Follow up emails promised delivery but nothing. Phone call snot answered or met with promised not kept. 4 months on still no delivery. Absolute charlatans - avoid at all costs

Ordered two items, received two totally incorrect items, both items cheaper than what I ordered, one fewer amount. No response from company so it appears I'm stuck with these goods and no chance of a refund, but will try to claim via my bank anyhow.

"Scam Website"

Scam websites operating from similar domain names in UK, trading off the legitimate Vision Pharmacy name which end in .com. The .co.uk and .org.uk websites appear to be operated from Saudi Arabia.

Reported to: Action Fraud (the national cyber crime agency in UK)

I suggest everyone else does the same.

"Nothing arrived, no refund, no communication"

As so many other reviewers here say, my order never appeared and I never received a refund. I emailed and received nothing back. Do not use this company, the low prices are just a lure to take your money.

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY"

I only gave one star because I couldn't give any. I ordered 3 tubs of Atrixo hand cream, because my local Savers has stopped selling this. When they eventually turned up, the bottom one was smashed and the hand cream was all over the packaging. Instead of sending the goods in a box, which would have been the correct packaging, they were sent in a flimsy envelope with inadequate bubble wrap. I sent photos and complained about this and when I eventually received a reply it was decided that they would send another tub of hand cream in place of the smashed one. As at the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the replacement. I have also not received a reply to my email asking why this replacement has not been sent.This was the first time I have dealt with this company, and I will not be dealing with them again. I would also urge anyone else not to deal with them.

"Items don't turn up"

If I could rate 0*, I would. I ordered 90 Movicol sachets as I'm heavily pregnant and suffering with constipation - very glamorous. I received 30 sachets, but I had of course paid triple the price to receive 90. 60 have somehow never turned up. I never even received an email confirmation. I have escalated my complaint to a case with PayPal as I haven't received any replies from the company. AVOID - scammers.

"Totally Incompetent"

DO NOT use this company. Ordered some eczema cream which never materialised. Sent emails but received no response. I have submitted a complaint to PayPal hoping to get my £22.30 refunded.
