"Sad and disappointed "
I wish that I had not decided to buy anything from Vision Pharmacy. I paid them £53.98 for eye products, that was on January 10th 2024. I still have not received anything. Fortunately I paid with PayPal who are doing an investigation into where my good are.
I am extremely sad at my experience, where has doing what’s right gone.

"Sorry, not good enough.."
Sorry, but it's not good enough. My issue was resolved 'eventually' after about a week of trying; emailing multiple times and phoning everyday, leaving messages, until a very helpful girl 'did' answer and sent the missing part of my order right away. I'd like to be kinder as the girl was nice and polite, but when there are far far more reliable online pharmacies you're much safer and better off using one of them. Sorry Vision, sort out your CS and I might consider using you again.

This co has just contacted me and asked for more info - 3 months later!
I'd almost forgot but I reported them to Pharmacy Regulation & left reviews everywhere, including the NHS.
I received a response from the PR:

We have contacted the pharmacy to ask for assurances about the learning that has taken place in response to this incident, and sufficient assurances have been provided about how the pharmacy continues to provide its services safely and effectively. In addition, we have been assured that you have received the missing items.
In addition, we will share the information you have provided with our Inspector who covers this particular pharmacy. The Inspector will review matters, alongside any other relevant information that they are aware of, and will assess the risks to decide whether any future follow-up action may be needed. Your concern will also be taken into account in deciding when it may be appropriate to visit or inspect the pharmacy, and what particular issues may need to be looked at during any such inspection visits. The role of our Inspectors is to ensure that the systems and processes within pharmacies meet our standards for registered pharmacies, including the skills and competence of the staff working there. If we find problems, we will ensure improvements are made.
We will keep your concern in our records because we may need to consider it if we get any further concerns about this pharmacy.

I did receive the products in the end, surprisingly, but not until I took it further. This pharmacy should be used with caution and any issues flagged with the above.

Contacted them twice but no response. 1.9 on TrustPilot. Wish I'd read it first as they are dishonest. Someone on Amazon is selling loose dressings (no box). Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Dear Sirs
I opened one of the boxes from the order (details below) on Saturday evening and it was immediately obvious that it was not a full box. I decided to count them and was shocked to find out that there were, not just 2 or 3 missing, I wouldn't have noticed that - but 20 missing - yes 20! I immediately opened the second box and it was obvious that was full but I counted them anyway.
This is my second order from you. I didn't feel the need to count those. I didn't want to order something medical from the likes of Amazon. Best before dates can be old etc and they may not be genuine. Thinking that an actual pharmacy could be trusted!
I've attached a copy of the label and box in order that you can investigate this. I'm obviously far from impressed!
I've ticked the 'contact' box but won't hold my breath.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. They sent me the wrong items and there is no returns procedure and no customer service responding to emails. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered 6 items; only 3 were delivered to me. Couldn’t get through via phone and no response to emails. Had to raise a claim through Paypal to be compensated for the missing items. Would never use this company again.

I placed an order with them on 24 January , still have not received the items. Have phoned them told to phone back in a week. Keep trying to phone and nobody answers. Will never use them again.

Item missing from order and no response to emails, phone messages etc. Item was never, ever delivered. Item that did arrive was only after much chasing - again, no actual response to emails.
Avoid, there are so many, so much better businesses out there.
