"Beware of this website"

I placed an order on 6th November, luckily I paid via PayPal. To date I have not received my order, nor any communication from the site and I have not received a reply to my email asking where my order is. I raised a dispute on PayPal to get a refund. Shocking service, I had not used this online pharmacy before and I will never use it again and I would advise anyone else to be cautious of this site and use a different online pharmacy.

"Appalling Service"

- Placed order for item on 8th October 2022 (non-prescription) Delivery 1 - 2 days
- Received confirmation of order and payment, received via email on same day (Paypal confirmation also received)
- 10 days later and no item or further information received regarding delivery
- Contacted company via their website email contact form on the 18th October - No response received

Finally received confirmation that order was being processed and sent out via Royal Mail 48 Today, 20th October! I had already informed them I would be initiating a refund via Paypal.

- Prices on website do NOT include VAT, this is added during checkout.
- Postage of £2.99 was charged for 1-2 day delivery - This didn't happen. Delivery based on email received means it will be 14 days for delivery minimum!

Dishonest with their pricing.
Dishonest with their delivery dates.
Had I realised delivery would take so long I would have purchased elsewhere.

UPDATE: Item finally arrived 16 days later and 14 days beyond advertised/promised delivery date. (note: no postal strikes to prevent delivery)

I will never use this company again nor would I advise any of my friends or acquaintances to use them.

I ordered some eye drops after having laser eye surgery. Nothing arrived after 3 weeks & it took 2 emails (both with no reply) for anything to be actually sent. When my order arrived it was the wrong product and was damaged! I tried to make contact again twice with no response!! Their service and communication is terrible. I would never order from this site again.
