"Experience not good but did have a callback from the Company"

Order never arrived,ordered 1.1.24,still not delivered on 10.1.24 and no contact from this Company.Telephone number states that it cannot complete your call at present and to call later.No reply to email either.

I DID EVENTUALLY RECEIVE MY ORDER AND REPAID TO PAYPAL THE REFUND.
CONTACTED BY VISION PHARMACY TO APOLOGISE FOR BAD EXPERIENCE.THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE IMPROVED THE POSTAL SERVICE.
AT LEAST THEY DID CONTACT ME AND MADE AN EFFORT TO RECTIFY SERVICE GOING FORWARD.

Please do not order from this pharmacy, they do not send what u ordered, my suspicion is they import as orders take long to arrive whether you choose express shipping or not. My concern is what they send is not legitimate and could be harmful, they need to be investigated and shut down.

I was wary of using Vision Pharmacy based on many of the reviews here on Trustpilot, but my experience could not be faulted. I was sent emails confirming the order, the despatch and a tracking number. The item arrived three days after ordering, and it was very reasonably priced and securely packed.

I will use them again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The worst company there is. Never buy from them. They don't respond to emails or answer there phone calls, I order something online and have received half of my order, have email them and been calling them the pass 3 weeks but still nothing. What a horrible customer service, what's the point of having an email or a phone if you don't answer

They take payment but do not send goods (4 weeks late) and do not respond to emails or phone calls.
It appears having read Trustpilot this is their tactic.
Do not use as it is obviously a scam company.
I am having now to waste my time recouping the money through my credit card company.

Ordered £199:95 of a product on 27/11/23 and still not arrived on 5/12/23. The complaint email address on the website is not recognised and bounces back.
I have lost my money and not got the product.

Product description was misleading but
Someone did contact me about this and will be updating this to be more clearer on their website.

Also replacement product was offered to be sent. I appreciate the customer service contacting me to resolve the issue.
