"as bad as others have already said"

As previous reviews, this company just do not deliver the service they offer. I ordered something on 24th Feb, and have today requested a refund. Why do we not read reviews before we order !! I actually spoke to somebody in head office to avoid not getting a response by e-mail. Please do not use this company, they are a complete waste of time

"Very dubious / scam"

UPDATE: I called them, and this was a surreal experience. They didn’t appear to care. Then said item was sent by Royal Mail but wouldn’t give the tracking code but said they could see it was sent. Then I asked “well, shall I call Royal Mail and chase? What’s the tracking number?” And they said “no. That’s pointless. I’ll refund you now”.
Updated to 2 star from 1 star on the basis that they did provide a refund. Just seems like poor customer service and not very organised!

Very dubious. I spent over £20 well over a week ago and no delivery. No response to emails either. It does say upto 5 days for delivery and that is 5 working days today.
This is most likely a scam website, or one with such an appalling service that it should be avoided.

WOW I wish I came here before I ordered, but you do not expect a Pharmacy to be a bunch of scammers.
Placed my order 30th Jan, Royal Mail 48, did not arrive sent a message via there contact form no response, Phoned them on the 7Th Feb and was told I had to wait until the 10th Before they can refund me, so I phone on the 10th and they tell me to contact Royal mail as they have my item, I explain my contract is with them and there contract is with Royal Mail but still no hope of a refund, Lucky for me I paid via Paypal so opened a case and they will refund me.
Buyer Beware, just because it looks like a good deal its not always that way.
The person on the phone did not care when I told them I will get my bank to claw back the payment

I ordered the product 8 days ago and despite being told my Oder had been dispatched using a Royal Mail 48 hr service nothing has arrived.
Using the email service to complain twice I have had no response. I feel like I have been duped and wish I had looked at these reviews beforehand.

"Completely Unprofessional"

I ordered Floradix Iron Solution on Nov 24th 2022. Paid for delivery 1-2 days too. I was moving house on Dec 5th but had the Floradix sent to my old address as it should’ve taken 1-2 days as stated. It never turned up! Money was taken from my account but no product. I called them numerous times to chase the product. Received such poor and unhelpful customer service. They kept saying there had been delays because of the strikes. I even changed my address with them after Dec 5th and they said they took it down. They didn’t. This was confirmed by another unhelpful colleague of Vision Pharmacy. So basically, no product, no help and poor service but they happily took money from my account and we are nearly in 2023 now! Do not buy from them. Never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

I have just opened a PayPal case to get a full refund from this company. I ordered on Nov 27 and have received nothing. I have emailed them 3 times, left telephone messages but received no response to any communication. Not even an acknowledgment. I eventually got through to someone at head office who made promises but still nothing. Avoid this company. Also, I should have checked out the trust pilot reviews.
